Shelley V. LeBlanc has over 30 years of experience in insurance, with the last 23 years focusing on the Financial Services Industry. Before joining Community Financial Insurance Center, Shelley was a Producer and Account Manager with an Independent Agency in South Louisiana. Her primary focus was to handle Property and Casualty, Bonding and Professional Liability Insurance products for Financial Institutions throughout the South.

Shelley joined our Financial Institutions Department on October 23, 2017 as a Financial Institutions Producer and Account Manager.  As of October 23, 2019, Shelley moved into a full FI Producer role.  Shelley is now the Manager of our Financial Institutions Department, as well as an FI Producer effective July 21, 2021.
