Position: PROCESSOR
Location: Monroe
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input policies, endorsements, invoices, and all other forms relating to policies for all personal and commercial lines of insurance.
- Input through company interface new policies and changes.
- Check all documents for accuracy and completeness; proofread typed documents against renewals, applications, or other documents. Make required photocopies.
- Follow up with CSR for issuance delays of policies and endorsements.
- Attach all necessary forms and assure neatness and accuracy. Prepare and assemble insured's and agent's policy copies for mailing and/or distribution.
- Type and/or input letters or reports per CF Workflow and Procedures.
- Develop and demonstrate an awareness of personal responsibility in attaining efficient production levels.
- Collect and prepare outgoing mail for post office.
- Relieve receptionist as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- The incumbent needs basic knowledge of insurance. Skills in math, typing, filing, and computer use are required.
- The incumbent must possess good communication skills. Relates to fellow employees, customers, and management by providing services and assistance. Also communicates with insurance company personnel regarding policies. This requires courtesy, tact, patience, and discretion.
- The incumbent must be able to operate computer, copy machine, calculator, printer, fax machine, and telephone.
- The incumbent must have ability to prioritize work and take initiative to complete tasks. Must be able to follow instructions from fellow employees and managers. Must decide when to use own judgment and when to seek assistance.
Position: INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER
Location: Openings in Monroe and Baton Rouge
Reports to: President and Chief Executive Officer
OBJECTIVE:
To interact with clients and Community Financial Insurance Center employees in order to:
- secure new business accounts,
- provide excellent service in order to retain existing clients, and
- build rapport which leads to long-term agency relationships
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening;
- self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent time management skills;
- good judgement and decision making skills;
- ability to work in team environment;
- proven sales ability, preferably in Commercial Lines; and
- Property & Casualty license is required

Position: FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER
Location: Baton Rouge
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Financial Institutions Department
OBJECTIVE:
To interact with clients and Community Financial Insurance Center employees in order to:
- secure new financial institution accounts,
- provide excellent service in order to retain existing clients, and
- build rapport which leads to long-term agency relationships
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- knowledge of principals and processes for providing customer services, including excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening;
- self-motivated and self-starter with excellent time management skills;
- good judgement and decision making skills, including ability to perform cost/benefit analysis;
- ability to work in team environment;
- proven sales ability, preferably in Financial and/or Insurance industry; and
- Property & Casualty license is required
