Position: Insurance Sales Producer

Location:  Openings in Monroe and Baton Rouge

Reports to:  President and Chief Executive Officer

OBJECTIVE:

To interact with clients and Community Financial Insurance Center employees in order to:

  • secure new business accounts,
  • provide excellent service in order to retain existing clients, and
  • build rapport which leads to long-term agency relationships

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening;
  • self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent time management skills;
  • good judgement and decision making skills;
  • ability to work in team environment;
  • proven sales ability, preferably in Commercial Lines; and
  • Property & Casualty license is required

Position: Financial Institutions Insurance Sales Producer

Location:  Baton Rouge

Reports to:  Senior Vice President, Financial Institutions Department

OBJECTIVE:

To interact with clients and Community Financial Insurance Center employees in order to:

  • secure new financial institution accounts,
  • provide excellent service in order to retain existing clients, and
  • build rapport which leads to long-term agency relationships

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • knowledge of principals and processes for providing customer services, including excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening;
  • self-motivated and self-starter with excellent time management skills;
  • good judgement and decision making skills, including ability to perform cost/benefit analysis;
  • ability to work in team environment;
  • proven sales ability, preferably in Financial and/or Insurance industry; and
  • Property & Casualty license is required
