Deena Burch

Graduate of University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1987 with a B.B.A. in Business Administration.

In 1989, Deena began her insurance career at State Farm Insurance and held positions as an Auto Underwriter, Operations Training Administrator, Auto Underwriting Supervisor and Senior Systems Coordinator, a position she held until 2005 when State Farm closed the Monroe Regional Office. In 2006, Deena went to work at Monogram Central, Inc. as a Manager. In March 2008, Deena joined Community Financial as the Human Resources & Communications Manager. She also currently serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
