Bill received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Delta State University in 1983. Upon graduating, he began a career in Food Service Management with dietary departments of hospitals.  After 10 years, he decided to change careers.  Bill was hired by Equitable Life Insurance and began selling life, health, annuities, and securities.  In January 2004, Bill was hired as a Life & health producer for Troy & Montgomery Insurance, now Community Financial Insurance Center.  Bill is also a certified Health Care Reform Specialist. 

Bill is married with two children and three grandchildren and attends First United Methodist Church.  When time permits, he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, and attending sporting events.
